From Jim Crow Laws to Jamal Crow Laws: The Democrat Party’s History Of Disenfranchising Voters Based on Skin Colour

Written by John (the other John).

Jim Crow laws were State and local laws enacted from the late 19 th Century and well into the 20 th Century in Democrat run States that sought to minimize the voting rights (and hence the political power) of an entire group of people based on their skin colour (blacks). Fortunately, this finally came to an end with the enactment of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 which mandated fair voting practices.

Turn the clock ahead to the present, and the Democrat Party is once again at it by seeking to minimize the voting rights (and hence the political power) of an entire group of people based on skin colour (only this time, it is whites). But this time, instead of this being done by individual States, this now would be done by the federal government. Basically, the Democrat controlled House of Representatives recently passed HR 1, which allows:

  • automatic on-line voter registration (without verification)
  • restoring voting rights to felons
  • prohibits voter roll purges (even for the dead and for people who moved)
  • no voter ID required to vote
  • requires unsolicited mail-in ballots to be mailed out (thus allowing mail-in voting)
  • mail-in ballots to be counted 15 days before election and up to 10 days after the election
  • allows ballot harvesting
  • acceptance of ballots cast in wrong voting district
  • allows for mail-in ballots to not be subject to signature verification
  • election disputes in any State are only heard by a DC Court (not the local Courts)

i..e. this allows massive grand scale election fraud (as it was in 2020). But what is most significant here is that the Democrats are violating the express language of the US Constitution, Article I, Section 4, which states that:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations

This provision expressly states that the States enact the election laws, but Congress may alter any State Regulations (as opposed to altering State laws). But by Congress attempting to alter the State Election laws, they are seeking to disenfranchise voters based on skin colour (whites) by Congress allowing mass election fraud.

So in essence, the Democrats are plagiarizing their own dirty tricks of voter suppression (after all, the honest vote cannot compete with mass dishonest votes; thus, the honest voter is suppressed). But instead of disenfranchising black voters with Jim Crow Laws as they did previously, the Democrats are now disenfranchising white voters with Jamal Crow Laws.
