Globalist investors have been building their new economy around windmills and solar power both which are proving to be very expensive alternatives to fossil fuel, hydroelectric and nuclear power generation. These windmills will produce electric energy on an intermittent basis for twenty years before they most likely will be abandoned.  Such an economic disappointment after they have put so much effort into discrediting conventional methods of power generation as 'Human Climate Changers' which they repute to bringing about a future extinction of mankind if they are not abated.
