Hundreds of Africans climb the border fence to the Melilla enclave

Melilla - Around 500 migrants have again stormed the border between Morocco and the Spanish enclave of Melilla. The Europa Press news agency reported that the illegal immigrants from Africa broke open a gate at the border.

The two Spanish exclaves of Melilla and Ceuta are the only parts of the EU that are on the African continent. Migrants keep trying to climb over the fortifications in these places, which are controlled by cameras and border guards.
