We are living in very dangerous times in the US in which our entire history, culture, language, and customs are threatened by some totalitarian ideology known as wokeism, for which this is not merely inconsistent with our history, but it is actually antagonistic towards it. Let’s cut the charade, a national divorce is not just inevitable, rather it is a must! But you know that whenever this topic is raised, the analogy is made to the Confederacy seceding from the Union; but this is not a proper comparison. When the Confederacy seceded, they did so because they opposed the founding principles of this nation (to include that of equality and fairness); hence, they seceded from our founding principles. Today, however, those discussing seceding from this nation do so because it is the regime in power who opposes/seceded from our founding principles, thus it is those who want to secede who are the one’s who want to preserve/reclaim those founding principles. In other words, the regime in charge are the traitors/insurrectionists.
