Children’s Bill of Rights

Preamble: There are minimum standards that apply to the rights of children that bind both the State, and to parents, and to third parties (to include other members of the public [both adults and other children]). The purpose of these rights are that they cannot be violated by anybody or any entity (whether public or private). Although these are minimum standards, the creation of further protections is encouraged.

1. Children shall have the right to be safe and secure from violence, criminal activity, and abuse of any kind whatsoever (whether physical or emotional).

2. Children shall have the right to not be subjected to child groomers, child molesters, and other perverts who seek sexual satisfaction from children.

3. Children shall have the right to the gender that God and nature created for them, and any person or entity attempting to alter that shall be put to death.

4. Children shall have the right to a solid family consisting of a loving father and mother, to teach them proper moral values, virtue, good citizenship, hard work/industriousness, integrity, courage, honesty, honor, logic/reason, objective truths, respectful, faithful, timeliness, invest/plan for future, responsibility, accountability, and restraint.

5. Children shall have the right to a proper education that teaches them love of God, country, and family, along with teaching them marketable job skills.

6. Children shall have the right of access to proper educational learning materials.

7. Children shall have the right to proper nutrition being the majority portion of their daily diet.

8. Children shall have the right of access to proper physical fitness.

9. Children shall have the right to be told the truth.

10. Children shall have the right to not being unknowing pawns for political or corporate or any form of activism.
