Support black art... or racial hatred?

The Instagram account of Support Black Art is promoting the work by Kezia Harrel titled "No Place I'd Rather Be Than Here With you".

More than 13,000 likes for a picture of two morbidly obese black women holding the beheaded heads of a white couple. Nothing, but a cheap act of provocation in times of racial obsession, and once more, the garbage of black supremacists spreading their hatred against whites. Can you imagine what would happened if the roles were inverted?

The post has already been reported by many users, but Instagram has decided not to remove the image, even though the account of these black supremacists posing as art-loving blacks is filled with racist content.
Support Black Art deleted most of the critical comments, blocked several users and closed the comments section of that picture.
