Germany: Biology is the new enemy

The traffic light government’s planned “self-determination law” marks a turning point: for the first time, a democratically elected post-war government is attempting to pass a law in which lying about a person is to be officially confirmed and speaking the truth in return is to be made under threat of punishment. What began as a tolerance movement by the LGBTQ lobby for gay and lesbian rights is developing into the cornerstone of a politics that says goodbye to reality and objective measurements. It is the end of the facts and the only question that remains is: are the leading agitators acting out of naivety and stupidity or out of cool calculation?
Even verbally, the law is a euphemism, as if someone who believes they are living in the wrong body is truly "self-determined" and not even explicitly driven by forces beyond their control. For years, however, citizens have only been bombarded with positive terms in order to increase the degree of their stupidity in a pleasant dose: the "Good Daycare Act" fits in just as well as the "Strong Families Act", only it is still missing the "Better Dying Law" for the discussed new regulation of euthanasia.
In any case, according to the planning status, every citizen over the age of 14 could have their gender re-registered once a year by simply making a statement at the registry office. A doctor, an expert opinion and a certificate would no longer be necessary. In an Instagram discussion with the transwomen in his parliamentary group, the green "Queer" commissioner of the federal government, Sven Lehmann, was agitated that in the current draft the dilemma of parents who talk into children must be readjusted "per affected person".
The truth is rewritten
The plan also provides for financial compensation for “victims” of the previous legal situation. If there is a threat of a high fine, the “disclosure ban” should also prohibit naming a person’s true biological sex and their previous name afterwards. That would force even parents to stop talking about their daughter when she now identifies as "son." Truth and history are rewritten and erased.
Just putting trans and intersex under one law is the best evidence that government either actively ignores it or simply cannot intellectually comprehend that one is a biological anomaly (intersex) while the other is biologically very clear definable, but would like to have a different gender. With the fictitious category "non-binary" one would also raise a verbal black box into law, which then opens the door for all later "identifications" that compete for recognition and their own identity papers.
These are only the main points, detailed questions lead to subsequently changed birth certificates of children. Protected gender-specific spaces such as women's shelters, on the other hand, have not been clarified. The question of whether trans people participate in women's or men's sports should be left to the respective sports associations. The DFB has already invited everyone to the women's shower.
CDU allies with green ideologues
If readers are wondering what the CDU, as the largest opposition party, has to say about the “Self-Determination Act”, it can be summed up: they are not available for social culture wars because they are very busy, in Schleswig-Holstein and North Rhine-Westphalia with the Greens to form ideologues. Hendrik Wüst, beaming with joy as the newly crowned Prime Minister, visited the CSD in Cologne to express his solidarity with all genders side by side with Claudia Roth.
Apart from isolated voices, no serious resistance is to be expected here. An open war in Berlin would put a strain on all black-green alliances at state level. A look at the coalition agreement in North Rhine-Westphalia also reveals that the already extensive state support for the LGBTQ lobby is to be increased again. The CDU bought its silence on the subject with the formation of state governments.
What is really devastating for the intellectual groundwater level of our society, however, is that with this law one says goodbye explicitly to scientific facts as a benchmark.
