One Article, Two Titles These Are Our Values, So How Do We Get There Ideology, Results, and Timing: American Democracy versus Communism

By John (the other John).

When it comes to comparing American Democracy to Communism, there is a very distinct way of how modern academia handles this that reveals their partiality in this endeavor. Very basically, American Democracy seeks to achieve “power to the people” by enshrining rights such as liberty, equal protection, and due process (i.e., fairness); alternatively, Communism seeks to achieve some form of governmentless utopian society in which all people’s needs are met after eliminating (i.e., ki!!ing) all those standing in the way of this goal. So these are the basics of both ideologies, in which both sides truly believe their version is righteous and just. Let’s not draw conclusions just yet until we read more below.

Once we establish these basic tenets, now let us analyze the results that each accomplished. As for the US, they ended the thousands of year old slave trade within 78 years of its Constitution being ratified in 1787, they allowed voting for all adult citizens, and they allowed rights for all citizens. It took many years (decades and centuries), but there were consistent positive incremental leaps (not mere baby steps) throughout this whole time (as opposed to it all happening centuries later). In the alternative, in the 107 years since Communism was the ruling ideology in any nation, it resulted in over 100 million murders, extreme poverty, depravity, and corruption by the leadership in EVERY country (100% of them).

So far, any logical mind would know which of the two ideologies is superior and which is inferior. But you are wrong to guess that, and that is because academia judges these two from a partial lens. Basically, when it comes to American Democracy and the rights enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, academics argue that because these rights were not instantaneously applicable to Africans, Indians, and women, then that invalidates the entire ideology, and thereby due this hypocrisy, the US does not have a “right to exist”. In other words, they do not interpret these documents as a blue-print for our aspirations and goals to be achieved over a period of time, but rather they want immediate relief. So do they have the same standard for Communism? No! For Communism, it is not immediate relief that they seek, but rather a revolution upon revolution upon revolution (which is now over 100 years and counting), until they achieve their desired results. So what is their justification that caused their ideas to not be achieved previously? Straight white conservative men. So despite a century’s worth of failure upon failure upon failure, they convinced their “useful idiot” followers that this is a “long march” to succeed, so just deal with the suffering in the interim.

So there you have it, ideology, results, and timing are all subjective criteria as only viewed by Leftist academia. Truth is distorted!
