Give Me Trump Or Give Me Death!: The Constitutional Amendments

By John (the other John).

As the second sub-article to the main article on this topic, we will analyze the provisions of the Constitutional Amendments that the Democrats seek to alter the rights of the people. They are as follows:

  • 1st amendment - “…Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech,…”

    • establishment clause- wokeism is a civil religion that is mandated upon all of us.
    • Freedom of speech- a person can be ostracized or suffer financial ruin if a person exercises this right that counter wokeism thought.

    • Freedom from speech- to not say what wokeism compels us to say; there is no right for people to mandate others to validate/affirm/celebrate one’s lunacy; (ex., forcing false gender ideology upon children without parental consent; lies about America’s history).

  • 2nd Amendment: “…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed…” (what this means is that an armed citizenry may fight back against government oppression).
    • Democrats want to seize weapons and to keep a database of who owns what weapon.

  • 4th Amendment: the right to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizure
    • Democrats in coordination with Big Tech and the Administrative State are spying into peoples’ private communications.

  • 5th Amendment: “…nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law….” (this Amendment applies to the Federal government)

    • The Federal government seeking to either abolish the police OR to limit policing deprives people of “life” and “property”.\

    • due process” is lacking for January 6 protesters who have been in solitary confinement for almost 48 months for mere trespassing.

    • due process” was lacking to Trump by the January 6 Congressional Committee by not allowing pro-Trump members of Congress on this Committee, nor by this Committee allowing cross-examination of witnesses.

  • 10th Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” (this is regarding States’ powers, along with preventing the Federal government from usurping powers not assigned to it)
    • Democrats want to expand Federal powers over the States (ex., they want to Federalize elections, and they want to Federalize policing).

  • 13th Amendment: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as punishment for crime whereof of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States…” (this bans slavery, but imprisonment for a crime is not slavery)

  • Democrats want to empty out prisons AND decriminalize criminal acts because they try to deceive us that imprisonment is slavery; in reality, the Democrats rely on street thuggery to intimidate law-abiding citizens to not oppose Democrat policies.

  • 14th Amendment, Section 1: “…nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws…”1 (this Amendment applies to the States)

  • Unequal treatment (ex. BLM/Antifa pogroms in the summer 2020 were more violent, committed more murders, more damage, for more days, yet it was celebrated by the governments, while Conservatives go to jail for less).
  • Trump being persecuted by NY Attorney Generals and the Manhattan District Attorney for acts that other people get a mere pass or a fine.

  • Public Universities discriminate based on race by giving superior treatment to unqualified blacks and other minorities, while giving inferior treatment to qualified Asians and whites.

14th Amendment, Section 1: “…nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;…” (this Amendment applies to the States)

  • Any State government seeking to either abolish the police OR to limit policing deprives people of “life” and “liberty” without “due process”.

    • Due process violations by States- Antifa/BLM were given endorsements for violence, while Conservative groups are given prison for much less.

14th Amendment, Section 1 “…No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States…” (this Amendment applies to the States)
  • People illegally entering the US are treated better than US citizens (ex. free housing, free food, free medical care, no Covid protocols, etc…).

In essence, what good is the right to free speech if one has been coerced into speaking (or are silenced)? What good is the free exercise of religion if one is compelled to believe in a conflicting secular civil religion above all else? What good is the right to peaceably assemble and petition the government for the redress of grievances if the government can preemptively judge your dissenting thoughts as illegitimate? What good are any of the Constitutional rights if the government can pick favourites as to who has rights and who does not?

1 In reverse incorporation, the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment has been held to apply to the federal government through the Due Process Clause located in the Fifth Amendment.  For example, in Bolling v. Sharpe347 U.S. 497 (1954), which was a companion case to Brown v. Board of Education, the schools of the District of Columbia were desegregated even though Washington is a federal enclave. Likewise, in Adarand Constructors, Inc. v. Peña 515 U.S. 200 (1995), an affirmative action program by the federal government was subjected to strict scrutiny based on equal protection.
