Mark Carney LIES During Interview & DECLINES French Debate...

Mark Carney has officially called for an election in Canada on April 28th. In the past few days Mark Carney has lied to reporters, mocked them, and has dodged their questions. He said to a reporter that he would accept an invite to the French debate, but a later report said that he had declined and that the debate is now cancelled.
