Germany: Pakistani arrested after raping an 11 year old
The victim was on vacation with his parents at the local campsite. The alleged perpetrator, who is said to be an employee of the holiday complex, first spoke to the boy and then abused him off the premises.
Rapes hit the headlines
The man from Pakistan had already been noticed by violent behavior towards children, campers told the newspaper. They had told the groundskeeper that too.
Serious sexual offenses committed by foreigners have repeatedly made headlines in the past few weeks. For example, in early August the police in Cologne arrested an African who allegedly raped a young woman in the stairwell of her apartment building.
In Germany, statistically speaking, two girls or women are raped by groups of men every day. This resulted in a request to the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA). Every second suspect was therefore not a German citizen.
