Berlin: Ambulance with stroke patient stuck in traffic because of climate activists glued to the road

Climate activists of the group "Last Generation" blocked an ambulance carrying a stroke patient.

In the post you can see an ambulance that is stuck in a traffic jam on Spandauer Damm and is apparently prevented from continuing its journey by the blockade of the demonstrators.

STEMO is the abbreviation for a special ambulance for stroke patients. The fire department confirmed the incident on request. However, it was unclear whether the operation had to be stopped.

According to a police spokesman, the road blockers are partly clearing the way for rescue vehicles. In the past, however, the police had to intervene.
