Magdeburg: Afghan refugee arrested after falling asleep while masturbating on the train
Actually, the man wanted to travel quickly from A to B at around 7.15 a.m. yesterday, Sunday. But the blood alcohol content of 1.97, which was later determined, made things difficult for him.
When a train attendant noticed that the man was still in his seat on the return journey, she wanted to speak to him and wake him up.
She noticed that he had previously pulled his penis out of his pants. There was a switched off tablet on the table at his seat, as the federal police in Magdeburg announced.
His sleep was so heavy that the railway employee called the police for help.
Upon arrival at Magdeburg Central Station, a federal police patrol boarded the train and asked the Afghan national to get dressed.
When asked, he showed the officers what he was looking at on his tablet. The man justified himself by saying that he could touch himself whenever and wherever he wanted.
He is now facing criminal charges for causing a public nuisance and exhibitionist acts.
